This is an honest review from a regular horse owner….i don’t often leave reviews but I felt these boots deserved one. Really happy with my purchase of the halo leg boots….my youngster had a check ligament injury and these have really helped the recovery and my mare loves them she suffers with lami and after a recent flare up I used them on her and I really do think they helped with the blood flow….boots are really easy to use 1 full charge seems to last forever doing 2 horses on 15 min cycles every day and after a week the battery was still at 75% ….customer service was really helpful and the boots arrived on time as stated….im looking at buying the over reach ones next 😊

The leg wraps are incredible! There is a noticeable difference in my retired TX ranch horse’s gait after using the leg wraps ONCE! He now falls asleep while his wraps are on. The first time I wrapped the one leg that has an old injury scar across his tendon, and the next day he was almost limping on the other leg, so for future reference, treat both legs at the same time.
My husband and I tried them on our hands and my feet (I have one pre-arthritic joint that had zero pain after using them on my hands, and comfort on the soles of my feet that I haven’t felt in years). OF COURSE we had to make sure they felt comfortable before using them on our horse, but we ended up ordering another set for us to keep in the house for human use, and even gifted another set to a barber friend that has pain in his wrists and hands.

Your customer service is lacking in care and efficiency. Replies took days! I would reply immediately then not hear from customer service. I accidentally ordered 2 products when I only wanted 1 product and realized immediately when I got the order confirmation directly after I did the purchase. I asked repeatedly to have it rectified and refunded and instead got offered a small discount on the second item and other insufficient and downright silly offers so that I had to basically pay for both. She clearly didn't know how to read. Ive now got 2 products and was charged full price for one of them. I am a state sales manager for veterinary nutraceuticals for Wa/Sa/NT and Ive never treated my clients or customers like this or been unable to reply to their emails in a timely fashion. Absolutely will never recommend this website or products to anyone in the horse or vet industry.
Though the order arrived and was sitting in the community mail box, at no time did anyone told me that the item will arrive via the post mail.
The red light therapy appears to work. It's a little to early to tell, but time will tell.
The unit is less stiff then I expected, but in hindsight it should be more flexible in case the horse walks with it on. When I enquired about this, I received wonderful support that led me to the info that it was a post office delivery, which allowed me to retire the parcel. Thanks for the support and a wonderful product.
I love these boots and it’s so nice just to be able to put them on and let him sit in the stall and eat Hay while I work and even when I do it for as a warm-up, they are working great I’m very very pleased with them!!!!!! it’s so nice that the battery is attached cause I had the good kind that you have to have cables and they and then the battery is so heavy. They kick it all off so I’m super pleased with these boots.
After ordering the leg wraps, I was concerned about the length of time to be delivered because I saw that they would be coming from China. I reached out to Customer Support and was promptly answered via email. The leg wraps arrived in a timely fashion and the responses from Customer Support were prompt and caring.

Well made in my opinion. Work really well, multiple settings, fits my large Thoroughbred, and material is soft. Didnt take super long to come in. Maybe 7-10 days from initial order.
Cracker is very happy the inflammation in his fetlock has settled down only had it on him for 4 days and he won his last start the stable is very happy with them

Full disclosure, I ordered the human version from another company, and these were the clear winners! My husband and I both tried one on each arm to make sure they didn’t get too hot, weren’t uncomfortable, etc. We both have sore arms from ranch work, so it worked out well for us to be the guinea pigs! I’ll need to charge them again to use them on the horses, but I’m confident they’ll be feeling great as well!
