1. Measure Body Length (C-D): run the tape from the center of the chest to the end of the rump.
2. Measure Back Seam (A-B): run the tape from the wither to the top of the tail.

Designed For Horses Who Hate Fly Season.
From weekend trail riders to elite competitors, equestrians choose FlyShield for one simple reason: it keeps their horses more comfortable, calmer, and better protected through every turnout, every day of fly season.
FlyShield is designed for the season that challenges horses most summer. It delivers a complete, breathable barrier against biting insects and harmful UV rays, without chemicals, without overheating, and without the shifting and rubbing that makes most fly sheets fail within a week.
What Makes Fly Sheet Different
Most fly sheets only cover the horse.
They offer basic barrier protection sure but they don't account for UV damage, sweet itch triggers, wound care, or the fit problems that cause most sheets to shift, rub, and fail within days.
Fly Sheet is built around real equine summer-care needs, combining UV-blocking mesh with a stay-put anatomical fit and full neck-to-belly coverage.
From performance horses to seniors, every detail works together to keep your horse cooler, calmer, and more comfortable all season long.

Most Important FAQs
Will my horse overheat wearing a fly sheet?
Will my horse overheat wearing a fly sheet?
No. The Fly Sheet's fine mesh is built for maximum airflow. Light-colored fly sheets actually help dark horses stay cooler by reflecting sunlight rather than absorbing it.
When should I use it?
When should I use it?
Any time your horse is turned out during fly season. Most owners put it on before morning turnout and remove it in the evening.
Is it safe for horses with sweet itch?
Is it safe for horses with sweet itch?
Yes. The tight-weave mesh blocks midges, the primary trigger for sweet itch, before the reaction starts.
Can I use it before or after riding?
Can I use it before or after riding?
Yes to both! Before a ride, it helps warm up major muscle groups and increase flexibility, which can improve your horse’s movement and reduce the risk of strain. After a ride, it’s excellent for flushing out lactic acid, reducing muscle soreness, and supporting faster recovery. It’s also great on rest days to promote circulation and general relaxation.
Is the Fly Sheet waterproof?
Is the Fly Sheet waterproof?
No, mesh sheets allow rain through. It continues protecting against insects even when wet and dries quickly.
Can I use fly spray on top of the sheet?
Can I use fly spray on top of the sheet?
Yes. Spray the outside of the sheet, let it dry, then put it on. Full repellent action without direct skin contact, ideal for sensitive horses.
